Junior Sales Coordinator

Assist Sales Team with customer inquiries, quotations, and order processing. Prepare sales documents: quotations, invoices, order confirmations, and delivery notes. Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for order dispatch and delivery updates. Maintain sales records, customer database, and prepare basic sales reports. Support client communication, follow-ups, and after-sales service when needed.
